Monday May 7th, the Bunk Beds were loaded up and driven to the family in need. A crew compiled of beremedy and Lazarus Atlanta headed to make the delivery. The family greeted us in the driveway. We spent some time with the family and helped set up the beds. We could barely keep the boys out the room long enough to get the beds built. Once assembled, you can see in picture 3, the expression of excitement on the boys faces. Thank you so much for being the remedy time after time. To see the photos enlarged, visit the facebook page.
Today's need comes from a great story of determination that is one step from being completed. A family who was homeless, has now transitioned and they are living in their own home! Our friends from Lazarus Atlanta has been a part of this family's process.
However, they have no beds to sleep on. To make matters worse, they recently suffered the loss of a young family member and unexpected expenses were poured on top of them.
This is where you get to be the remedy! Since the room is not very large, bunk beds would be best for the 2 children ages 4 & 6. Let's help this family begin having some good nights sleep in their home!
